Developed by a group of proficient researchers from the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (previously recognized as the National Institute of Posts, Telecommunications, and ICT) under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, this application integrates Statistical Learning and Deep Learning techniques. These advanced methods serve as the frontier in automating speech-to-text conversion for intricate script languages with limited digital resources.
